Production of compost
Compost fertilizer production, it can be seen that many people are interested in compost fertilizer products. So I thought of writing an article about this related to our subject.😊
Fertilizers used in cultivation can be divided into two parts, mainly chemical fertilizers and composite fertilizers.
So in this article I hope to talk about compost
Production of compost
Dead plant and animal parts and organic materials are used as raw materials for the production of compost compost. The most important thing here is that the thermophilic micro-organisms primarily contribute to this work, so that is why this compost mixture is covered with a black wax cloth.
So, not only that, these people work very efficiently in warm, wet, aerobic environments to suit the microorganisms that produce composti fertilizers in this way, and they do the process of producing compost very quickly.
Here we follow a method of turning the organic mixture to increase the aerobic condition.
So let’s see what are the optimal conditions for composting
You can point out things like that. So, anyone can make compost fertilizer from their own home very easily. So it is very profitable because they can use waste from home.
A very popular method and (200-300)L tanks are used.
For aeration, holes with a diameter of about 1cm are placed in the pot.
The soles of the foot are strengthened and excess moisture is removed.
Gates are designed below to remove the compost.
Do not put plastic, glass, tin, coconuts, cockroaches, faeces, meat in this mixture.
The compost left after digestion can be piled up for 2-3 weeks and used as fertilizer.
First, the land should be cleaned and a drainage system should be prepared to drain the water.
Then pack household waste and animal waste to a width of 30cm.
If moisture is not enough, add water
Now add composite mortar (about 20kg per 1000kg). Then cover it with black polythene wax cloth or book branches to allow air to enter.
Check after 7 days and apply water.
Turn the compost pile again after a month (helps to create aerobic conditions).
Re-applying leaven can speed up digestion.
Moisture should be checked once a week and turned once a month.
Compost can be used after 3 months. If necessary, it can be sieved with a 4cm x 4cm net and presented to the market.
